Former Democrat Congresswoman and 2016 Presidential candidate, Tulsi Gabbard, slammed President Biden and Vice President Harris for not attending the Pro-Israel rally in D.C. earlier this week.

“There’s a very loud absence, though, in knowing that President Biden and Vice President Harris are literally just down the street as people are traveling here from all over the country,” Gabbard said on Fox News before attending the rally herself.

Gabbard criticized Biden and Harris for attending the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit and for attending a campaign reception, but not being able to find the time to visit the raly against anti-semitism in D.C.

“Yet they don’t feel it’s important enough to come and stand with our Americans to send this strong resounding message at a time when antisemitic attacks around the world are at their height, that we will not allow it to continue that we stand with Israel and the Jewish people,” Gabbard added.

Gabbard also said that Hama’s goal is “not really about the territory between Israel and Gaza or Palestine” but to establish a “global Islamist caliphate and destroy anyone who doesn’t adhere to their radical interpretation of Islam including Muslims, Christians, Hindus, and others.”

Gabbard also tweeted “I joined over 290,000 Americans at the historic March for Israel yesterday in Washington DC to take a stand against anti-semitism, against Islamist terrorists, and to stand in solidarity with the Jewish people who face unprecedented threats and attacks. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were a no show. One reason I left the Dem Party is because it is led by and rife with Islamist apologists and protectors who label anyone who opposes Islamist terrorists like Hamas as “Islamophobes.”

Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA), Rep. Cory Mills (R-FL), and other members of Congress joined hundreds of thousands of pro-Israel demonstrators at the rally. Israeli Ambassador Michael Herzog addressed the crowd directly, denouncing rallies around the world “glorifying Hamas and celebrating the murder of Jews,” adding, “The dark demons of antisemitism have been unleashed.”
