This week a pro life advocate in Pennsylvania was raided by around 25 FBI agents and arrested for ‘shoving’ a 72 year old man outside of a Planned Parenthood.
Mark Houck, 48, has been charged with a violation of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, which prohibits the use of force with intent to injure, intimidate and interfere with anyone who is a provider of reproductive health care. According to Fox News, Houck has pleaded not guility to the Federal charges.
“Assault is always a serious offense, and under the FACE Act, if the victim is targeted because of their association with a reproductive healthcare clinic, it is a federal crime,” U.S. Attorney Jacqueline Romero said in a press release. “Violating the FACE Act by committing a physical assault is a serious crime for which the FBI will work to hold offenders accountable.”
Ryan-Marie Houck told LifeSiteNews that the man her husband shoved was saying “inappropriate and disgusting things” to their son, who sometimes accompanied his father to pray outside the clinic each week.
Pennsylvania gubernatorial candidate Doug Mastriano criticized the FBI for being out of control.
“The continued weaponization of the FBI and persecution by Joe Biden’s DOJ against ordinary Americans is an outrage,” he said in a statement. “This show of force carried out by the Biden regime against ordinary Americans is an abuse of power that stands against the fundamental principles on which our country was founded.”
The case against Houck was so weak that even the Soros-backed prosecutor, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner, refused to file any charges against Houck. A civil lawsuit was also filed by the escort but was thrown out because there was no case against Houck.
The direction we are headed in is extremely dangerous. Doug is right. The FBI has been weaponized to target anyone that opposes the side in power and it’s going to get much worse.
Just in the last two years we saw the home of a former President be raided even though his lawyers were cooperating with the FBI.
We’ve seen people arrested that have been sitting in jail for over 18 months without a trial for just being at the Capitol on January 6th.
We’ve seen over 150 pro life centers be targeted and not a single arrest, but then the FBI arrests a pro lifer, who volunteered to talk to the FBI weeks ago, because he ‘shoved’ someone.
We now have a President and an FBI that refer to a large portion of the country as “domestic terrorists”, just because they have different political views.
Where does this end? How far does this have to go for Americans to wake up because this going to continue to get worse and worse.
